Entry Fee & Payouts
$10 per team, due before the draft. Payouts: 1st place 60$ 2nd place 40$ 3rd place 20$

Draft Pick Trading
Draft picks for the upcoming draft may be traded until the draft begins. Pick-for-pick trades must be even: you have to send the same number of draft picks that you receive back. All pick trades must be logged in the Trade Center and approved by the commissioner.

Trades
Trades are proposed in the Trade Center and take effect once the commissioner approves them. No collusion. The commissioner may veto obviously lopsided deals.
